Love diving but curious to understand the reef on a deeper level? In this one-day course, you’ll spend an hour in an interactive classroom session exploring the ecology of the ocean, from the role of coral and the importance of reefs to the fascinating behaviors of reef animals.
Afterwards, we’ll head out for two guided dives where you’ll witness the interactions you’ve just learned about, seeing them unfold in their natural setting. Throughout the day, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and discuss what you’ve observed, making this an experience that enriches both your skills and your appreciation of the underwater world.

For divers who want more than a single-day experience but don’t have time for the full five-day program, this three-day course offers an in-depth look at reef ecology, coral biology, and marine animal behavior. Each day includes a one-hour classroom session and two guided dives, with plenty of time for Q&A so you can connect what you’ve learned to what you’ve seen underwater.

The most comprehensive and enriching course, the Five-Day Immersive Program takes you deep into the science, beauty, and interconnectedness of the reef ecosystem.
Over four days of engaging classroom sessions paired with two guided dives each day, you’ll explore topics such as reef ecology, coral biology, ocean chemistry, and the fascinating behaviors of reef fish.
On day 3 of the five-day immersive program we’ll step beyond the reef for a full day in the field.

Experience the reef through new eyes as the sun sets! Begin with a classroom course exploring bioluminescence in ostracods and algae and learn how corals fluoresce under UV light in the night. Then, take to the water for an unforgettable night dive with dive lights and UV light, witnessing the reef come alive in a spectacular display of glowing colors and nocturnal marine life.
